First run

Server URL is pre-filled: https://waypoint.williamgazeley.com/api
Paste your owner secret (the pairing token, stored on the server) to register this device
Grant location + notification permissions when prompted

What it does

Server-sent notifications (voice when a headset is connected, text otherwise)
Geofence enter/exit events (T0 home/work, T1 task POIs, U1 user-defined)
Headset-aware audio playback with delivery receipts
Location pings, heartbeats, and a go-dark kill switch
